CLEANING BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE TENANTS 

€1,80 incl. VAT/m² (at the owner's expense). 

With setting up of the villa, complete cleaning, placement of the outside furniture.

Our cleaning team has received specific training and is equipped with cleaning products adapted to destroy possible viruses and microbes, which will be used between each rental during an advanced disinfection. We do our utmost for the safety of all, and can thus welcome you without fear 

 

COMPULSORY CLEANING AT EACH EXIT 

€1,80 incl. VAT/m². (chargeable to the tenant) 

Complete interior and exterior cleaning, checking of dishes, drawers, windows, dust, floors, repair of beds (if necessary) and change of sheets if necessary, cleaning of the terrace and furniture.

 

LINEN HIRE (INCLUDED IN THE 20% PRICE): 

To avoid overloaded wardrobes, we offer to rent all the linen your tenants need: bath towels, hand towels, bed linen.

 

Double luxury linen pack: Duvet cover, fitted sheets, 2 pillow cases, towels (2 large and 2 small), 1 bath mat, 2 dish towels. €36.00 incl. VAT.

Luxury single pack: Duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow case, towels (1 large and 1 small), bath mat, 2 dish towels. €22.00 incl. VAT.

Beach towels (optional): €10,00 ttc. /per person.

Displacement : (at the Owner's expense) - Any displacement for technical problems related to the rental. €36.00 incl. VAT/hour.
 

EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of your green spaces, terrace, ...

This service is carried out only on estimate via an external service provider.

 

WINDOW CLEANING

Cleaning of windows (and frames if necessary) by a professional.

 

POOL AND JACUZZI CLEANING

Cleaning of your swimming pool by a professional.
